A Note To Cherish

The maximum embroidery area for A Note To Cherish is 5 1/2 in x 4 in.

Framed notes are beautifully framed in either a 5 x 7 inch or 4 x 6 inch frame at our discretion, decided by the dimensions of your artwork and what will work best. The fabric for unframed notes will be trimmed to 6 x 8 inches.

A Note to Cherish is designed for short handwritten messages only. If you're unsure whether your note will work within this space, please email us a photo at contactnotestocherish@gmail.com and we will be happy to check for you.

A Note To Cherish is designed for notes up to 15 words only, but every note is unique and what will work is entirely dependent on the handwriting itself. Please contact us before ordering if you're unsure or if your note is only slightly over the word count as it may still be possible!

Framing options are:

• Wood Effect Frame / Ivory Photo Mount
• Black Wood Frame / Black Photo Mount
• Rustic Gold Frame / Ivory Photo Mount

All framed orders include the photo mount, and the colour/size of the mount cannot be changed.

If required, you can place any further instructions, such as if you wish for a portion of your note not to be embroidered, in the instructions box at checkout. All notes are embroidered with black thread as standard. We don't embroider printed text/fonts or graphics so these will be excluded from the finished note.

Please note: If you place an order that exceeds the word count limit outlined above, and the wording has not been pre-approved by us, we may contact you and ask you to select a portion that fits within the specified word count or provide an alternative note.

The maximum word count, framing options and current turnaround times are stated on this product page. Please ensure your delivery address will remain valid for the full turnaround and delivery period before placing your order.

Please be aware that orders cannot be amended once placed. Once work has commenced on your order, cancellations can no longer be accepted. Order cancellations will incur a £2 administration fee, which will be deducted from your refund total.

This includes:

• Cancellations made because you wish to select a different framing option.
• Cancellations where an order cannot be processed due to exceeding the stated word limit.
• Cancellations due to a change of address or insufficient time being allowed for the stated turnaround.

If you want us to create a new note from handwriting samples and you have enough examples of the handwriting then we can combine these to create a new message of your choosing.

If you have more than one message that you'd like embroidered as a single note this should be possible depending on the size of the piece.

Of course! We embroider the handwriting exactly as you see it in the photograph you upload at the time of ordering, so it can be in any language.

As each A Note To Cherish is made especially for you, orders take five weeks to dispatch, counted from the date after you place your order. We also offer an Express Dispatch option at checkout, which reduces this turnaround to two weeks.

All orders are posted on weekdays using tracked delivery. UK orders are shipped Royal Mail Tracked 48, and cost £3.50 or free for orders over £90.
