How do I order A Note To Cherish?

Select your note and take a clear, well-lit photograph of the piece. The maximum embroidery area for A Note To Cherish is 5 1/2 in x 4 in.

If you are unsure whether your note will fit within these dimensions, you can email us a photo at contactnotestocherish@gmail.com and we will be happy to check for you.

Dimensions of the inner area of our frames are 5 in x 7 in, and unframed notes will be trimmed to 8 in x 6 in.

If required, you can place any further instructions, such as if you wish for a portion of your note not to be embroidered, in the instructions box at checkout.

Can you combine handwriting to create a new message?

If you want us to create a new note from handwriting samples and you have enough examples of the handwriting then we can combine these to create a new message of your choosing.

If you have more than one message that you'd like embroidered as a single note this should be possible depending on the size of the piece.

Please email us with the photographs in both instances at contactnotestocherish@gmail.com so we can confirm this with you.

Can you embroider a language besides English?

Of course! We embroider the handwriting exactly as you see it in the photograph you upload at the time of ordering, so it can be in any language.

Shipping & Returns

As each A Note To Cherish is made especially for you, orders take three weeks to dispatch from the date of your order. We also offer an Express Dispatch option at checkout, which reduces the turnaround to one week.

All orders are posted using tracked delivery. UK orders are shipped Royal Mail Tracked 48, and cost £3 or free for orders over £70.

As every piece is custom made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if you have any issues with your order please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
